A Day on the Lake

We celebrated our friend James' 30th birthday out on Lake Union and Lake Washington this weekend! We had a blast taking turns on the tube and hanging out with friends in the sun! Afterwards, we all headed to the Bite of Seattle, ate some food and listened to some music! It was a full day of fun, but man were we sore the next day.

Mommy had to convince the girls to jump in! It was pretty cold.. but so worth it!

Now it's Mommy and Sammi's turn! It was actually harder with two but a ton of fun!

We both took a few turns on our own

And then the boys tried a double ride and didn't last nearly as long. 

After the fun day in the sun we headed to Seattle Center to get some yummy food!

We are so thankful that grandma and grandpa were willing to take care of the kids during the day so we could go out and have some fun. The kids made a special thank you present to let them know just how much they love spending time with them!
