Work Event

We had our quarterly extended team event at work where our entire organization under our director get together for time outside of work. Our event this go around was curling... Yes, you read that right! Almost half of the 100+ people who went decided they wanted to be in the viewing room instead of playing. The viewing room happened to be above all the action so you had great view when people fell on the ice! I of course took to the ice and was so glad I was able to maintain my balance. The best part was, my team actually won! Let me tell you, it is way harder than it looks.
Although it was a good time, there was still work to do, so after driving home to get the kids and getting them fed and in bed, mommy had to work for another couple hours that night. It definitely made for a long day.
