The biggest change I notice this week (besides the swollen feet which started a few weeks ago) is how tired I'm starting to get. The smallest of things can really take a toll on your energy level and I feel like I am going to have to start taking naps in the afternoon... at least get my feet up to relax before tackling the every day house stuff (dinner, dogs.. not to mention unpacking). One thing that hasn't really continued this week is the heartburn... let's hope it doesn't come back.
Another thing I have really noticed this week is the amount of people coming up to me saying "WOW! You are ready to POP aren't you?" Nope... but thanks for the warm fuzzies of knowing most women don't get bigger than I am now. Heck, according to my pregnancy this week, each baby weighs 1.5lbs which means I have 3lbs of baby in me. Weird thought.
Still I do not have much to complain about. Just feeling incredibly blessed and trying to be patient waiting on the little ones to be ready to make their way into the world.
What's Happening With the Babies?: The babies are beginning to exchange their long, lean look for some baby fat. Wrinkled skin is becoming smooth and they are also growing more hair. If we could see their hair now, we'd be able to discern its color and texture.
Our Babies Are the Size of: Rutabagas- estimated: 13 1/2 inches long 1 1/2 lbs each
