Michael's surgery went smoothly! Mommy and Grandma were in the waiting room watching the clock and then the dr finally came out to say it was successful and that he had a "very large tear in his meniscus and what looks to be a healed tear on his ACL that may have created the large cyst behind his muscle." This definitely explains why he was in so much pain!
Now time to heal.. the hardest part especially for him since he is such a busy body!
And after the bandage could finally come off 72hrs later, he's still very swollen! It's going to take time to get him up and running, but we have plans for Physical Therapy and swimming at least once a week to gain back some strength with low impact.
