Children's Museum

The weekend before Daddy's knee surgery we decided it'd be a good idea to do things out and about since we'd be home all week. So, we headed to the Children's Museum. We don't typically go here only because it is always packed and our kids end up getting knocked down or overstimulated. This go around was much better than our past visits but we spent most of our time in the water area and upstairs on the play structure.

We were so lucky that we left when we did because it started pouring rain ! Got out some good energy before they closed the upstairs.

They had closed the museum a few weeks prior and mommy was happy to see all the exhibits had everything working! Whoo hoo! They even turned the larger area into PuttPutt.

This is the face of trouble... 

Once we got home the kids still had more energy and put on a show for us! Twinkle Twinkle..

We're loving all the imaginative play they've been doing lately!
