California Trip - Day 4 San Diego Zoo

We decided after another rough night that we were going to head to the Zoo in the morning to give us a break and have the kids confined to the stroller for a bit. Since our kids get up so early and take naps early afternoon, it seemed perfect. By the time we were done at the zoo it would be nap time and everyone would be showing up at the beach.

The zoo was awesome and probably one of the best things we did on the trip (beside seeing family of course). We enjoy seeing the animals at home, but the San Diego Zoo is another level of awesome ! It was a first trip for mommy too so it was extra awesome!

We saw monkeys, lions, a bunch of birds, bears, elephants and hippos up close! We also took a ride on the Aerial Tram that gave us a birds eye view of the zoo.

What an awesome time! So glad we did this!
