Tulip Festival

We went to the Tulip Festival and we were so happy to have gone to Tulip Town instead of the Roozenguarrd that we typically go to. It was way less crowded, had fun crafts and face painting, and we didn't have to walk too far to get to the fields.  The attention span of these two is not great so having to only walk less than .1 mile to get to the fields was awesome! Last year we had to carry them both SO far to see them (and in the mud!).

First stop, face painting!

Hailey was all about the flowers! She wanted to say cheese in front of every color.

While Hunter took his time to stop and smell the tulips..

but getting kids to NOT touch the flowers... impossible.

Hunter the photographer... hey buddy, might wanna flip it around!

The kids babysitter Amy also joined us for the fun day! She is so amazing with the kids and they adore her!

Hailey was so proud of the flowers she had picked out for Grandma (who we got to see later that day). She just marched her little self through the parking lot carrying 3 big bunches..
