Zoo Lights

Over the weekend we went to ZOO Lights at the Woodland Park Zoo. We got there early to get a good parking spot and just hung out in the truck for a while. I climbed in the back (which is where I spend most of my time when we go driving- there's a perfect middle seat between their car seats for me) and changed the babies.
The Zoo did a nice job on the lights and even had carolers, hot cocoa and holiday music. It was fun walking around with our friends Alicia, Brad and their girls. Both Hunter and Hailey were tired from the already long day so fell asleep shortly after we got inside. Hailey woke up halfway through and had the most confused look on her face. I'm sure she was wondering where she was!
I was really glad that Michael was prepared for the cold because I wasn't! It was the second time that I got to the zoo and realized that I had flipflops on! URGH. Mommy brain. Luckily Michael had hand warmers, a hat and gloves for me or I would've turned into a Popsicle!
