Home Is Where the Heart Is

It felt so amazing to get home! The babies adjusted so well and got to see their nurseries as well as the backyard their daddy has been working on so hard for them! They of course sleep with us at night because of having to get up every 2-3 hours to feed. It'll be a hard transition when they finally do go to their own cribs because right now we re really enjoying having them lay on our chests and be within arms reach.
