Despite our fun situation at home we didn't want to miss out on our first class at Little Gym. I was starting to finally feel a little better and Hailey has been full of energy so we headed to class. It was so much fun being in a room full of parents with kids our age and being able to relate to the crazy changes these kids are going through and their fun personalities that are emerging! This age is really fun, but definitely hard!
Hailey was a little social butterfly going around to all the parents and kids in the room and waving HI! Her and another little girl were having so much fun together and even gave kisses! It was pretty cute :) She sat in the middle of the circle when we sang the goodbye song while all the other kids were distracted with the other things in the room. She looked at each parent as if everyone was signing to her... haha! She loved being on the parachute while the adults all wiggled it and giggled on the foam roller as she practiced being flipped upside down! We were so proud of how well she did with her social skills and willingness to try new things!
Hunter was tired and hurting the entire class so him and daddy rocked in the corner and took a nap. We took turns holding him and interacting with Hailey and the rest of the group and tried a few times to get him involved, but he was NOT having it! Can't wait for next week's class so he can feel better and participate in the fun!
