Are We There Yet?

Very surprised how well the kids did on the car ride to the hotel. We were in the car for a few hours and we only really had one meltdown. It was worth it once we got there. We stayed at the Outlook Inn which is right on the water and close to shops and coffee for mommy in the mornings. Only thing is I forgot they were on island time and don't open anything until 10am! Made for a rough few mornings. By 10am we've been up for 5 hours and the kids already have had one nap.

Regardless, the view was beautiful and we walked around in every little shop after they opened.

While we waited for our room to be ready, we took a little break on a grassy spot. There was a baby fight over sophie (even though they both have the same exact toy, it never fails for them to grab the other one's toy).

The kids have decided they now like to stand on their own.. 

..so we took the moment while they were in baby jail to enjoy the gorgeous view
