Merry Christmas!!

We just loved watching the kids eyes sparkle this year with the excitement of Christmas! We woke up Christmas morning and had a wonderful time opening gifts, taking our time to hang out in our PJ's and having a nice Christmas breakfast together.

Oh those silly faces!

Can't forget the dogs!

Hunter LOVED his voice changer.. it was so funny to hear his little voice change into a robot!

This year the kids made Mommy and Daddy the sweetest ornaments that were their hand prints which each finger turned into a Snowman!!

It wouldn't be Christmas without some hot cocoa

Grandma and Grandpa stopped by for a quick hello!

And we went outside for a quick snowball fight! So exciting to have SNOW on Christmas!!

We took a little break and then Papa, Uncle Alex, Auntie Dani, and mommy's Auntie and Uncle Rick came over to celebrate! We had so much fun playing with toys and spending time together!

Michael and I both said that this Christmas was one of our favorites! We were able to enjoy the kids reactions, we had such a good time with all of our family, and it was a lot less rushed than other years. The kids got so spoiled which made for a GREAT week after Christmas because they were so entertained!!
Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Eve Part 2

Every year on Christmas Eve we do 1 present... PJ's and a movie! The kids were really excited that they got Cars 3 and Paw Patrol Christmas! And us parents were happy to get some good snuggles after putting out cookies for Santa!

Of course we had to have a taste test to make sure the cookies were ok..

Hunter even got a chocolate milk out for Santa.. how sweet!!

Mommy and Daddy even took a peek at what Santa left and caught him in the act! The kids faces lit up when we showed them that Santa was in their living room.

Christmas Eve Part 1

We all had such a fun time spending Christmas Eve with family! Before we headed out we opened up stocking stuffers from Grandma and Grandpa and the kids were screaming Christmas songs.. haha

We tried to head to church first thing in the morning, but we all got a late start so we ended up at McDonalds so the kids could run off some energy.

Just his luck, Hunter hit his head really hard while running around so he had a nice bump and bruise on his forehead!! Oh this kid.. he needs a helmet!

After running off some of their energy, we went over to Auntie Alicia's and had a yummy dinner, spent some really nice family time together and then got to open presents! All the kids did such a nice job taking their turns to open gifts and saying thank you with big hugs!

The kids both got awesome cameras from their cousins and wouldn't stop taking photos!

Not only did Hunter his his head at McDonalds, but right when we got to Auntie Alicia's he ran into the fireplace and hit it in the same spot! Poor guy..

Lexie made Hailey a cute little cat out of beads that she LOVES!! So sweet...

The kids got spoiled by everyone including Auntie Donna and Linda!

The aftermath..

There's a lot of attitude on that one seat.. :)

After dinner the kids ran around playing with their toys and pretending to sleep by the tree to wait for santa!

After all that fun it was time to head home and get two tired little ones in bed!!
