Blueberry Picking

We finally made it out to pick berries!! So glad we did.. we got a huge crate of Blueberries and Raspberries for our smoothies..

 

Our 5 Year Anniversary!

Over the weekend we celebrated our 5 yr Anniversary! We had a nice night away in downtown Seattle, had a delicious dinner at Palisade, rode the wheel and the 'Wings Over Washington' (new ride on the peer), and slept in the next morning (whoo hoo!). What a great way to celebrate!

To start the weekend off, we watched our wedding tape..

and we did our typical visit to Kerry Park

We got to check into our hotel a little early and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and steam room before getting ready for a nice dinner!

The view was amazing!

We got to enjoy the same champagne as we did on our wedding night.. 

Michael was smart to get the VIP tickets for the wheel. We got to bypass the line, enjoy a beer, ride on the glass bottom gondola, get free photos and a T-Shirt. Such a good deal!

The 'Wings Over Washington' was honestly amazing! We both had a huge smile the entire time on the 3D tour of all the great things to see in the state. 

Meanwhile, the kids were in great hands.. Thanks to the grandparents for letting us sneak out for a night to celebrate!!

Melts my heart..

Fishing with Cousins and Papa!!

We had a BLAST fishing and BBQ'ing with Auntie Dani, Papa and the cousins last week! We went to Flowing Lake (surprisingly we'd never been and it's only 15 mins from our house!) which had an awesome play area, lots of grass to run around and a nice calm lake to fish in! The kids were so excited to hang out with their cousins and were running around like crazy!! Awesome idea, Papa!!

Visiting Shelby

Michael's sister / parents dog Shelby wasn't doing great last week so we took some time out to go visit her at the vet. She's a special part of the family... she comes over sometimes to spend the night and the kids always ask about her. She's since been doing much better and home which is GREAT news and wasn't expected!!

Silly Hailey

Hailey almost never lets me do her hair in the morning, but she always let's Ms. Amy at school! The other day mommy got the funniest pictures of her pretty hair and silly face!! LOL

The faces she makes are TOO funny!!
